The Avail Holistic Well|Nest mission is: To deliver high-quality holistic services to promote equity in health and wellness to all we serve.

My name is John Vail and I am the founder of  A|VAIL Family Counseling and Psychotherapy Inc. As the founder, I believe in the power of a well rounded, holistic approach to wellness. Our mission is to provide the public with an integration of wellness services that encompass a comprehensive approach to well-being, addressing various aspects of a person's life. It involves nurturing physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions to achieve overall balance and health.

This integration often includes regular varieties of exercise, a balanced diet, mindfulness practices, stress management, meaningful relationships, and connecting with one's inner self or beliefs. Emphasizing the interconnection between these elements can lead to a more fulfilling and sustainable state of well-being.

With our holistic wellness approach, we remember that it's essential to tailor wellness practices to individual needs and preferences. Therefore, we started with the combination of Psychotherapy | Counseling | Tutoring | Coaching, and we are planning to bring much more to the public through our WELL|NEST mission.
